Owner | Certified Master Inspector
Jorge Victor Canellas is the Founder and Owner of JVC Home Inspections and one of Central Florida’s most experienced and respected inspection professionals. Since establishing the company in 2003, Victor has built a reputation for professionalism, technical expertise, integrity, and exceptional client service.
Victor’s passion for real estate began at a young age while working in construction. He later expanded his expertise by becoming both a home inspector and appraiser in 2003, followed by earning his real estate sales associate license in 2006. His broad industry background has provided him with extensive knowledge in construction, valuation, inspections, property conditions, and real estate investment.
Over the years, Victor has personally completed more than 10,000 fee-paid inspections across residential, commercial, and insurance-related properties throughout Florida. His field experience includes luxury homes, condominiums, apartment complexes, hotels, commercial buildings, and investment properties.
As an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector (CMI), Victor has earned one of the inspection industry’s highest professional designations — reflecting years of experience, advanced continuing education, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the profession.
In addition to inspections, Victor is actively involved in real estate investment and renovation projects throughout Central Florida. Since beginning his career in the inspection industry in 2008, Christian has completed thousands of residential and commercial inspections throughout Florida. Licensed Home Inspector
John Fraga brings a unique combination of technical expertise, construction knowledge, and real estate valuation experience to the JVC Home Inspections team. As a Licensed Home Inspector and Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, John provides clients with detailed, knowledgeable, and professional property evaluations designed to help them make informed decisions with confidence. Before entering the residential inspection industry, John spent several years participating in roadway infrastructure projects for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), gaining valuable experience in construction processes, project coordination, and structural development. He later transitioned into the private sector, where he became involved in the design and development of residential master-planned communities and commercial construction projects. This extensive background in construction and development sparked John’s passion for the residential real estate market and ultimately led him to pursue certifications in both residential appraisal and home inspection in the State of Florida. Over the years, John’s education, field experience, and attention to detail helped him successfully own and operate a Residential Appraisal Firm, further strengthening his understanding of property valuation, structural conditions, and market standards. Today, he continues applying that expertise as a Licensed Home Inspector with JVC Home Inspections. John is known for his professionalism, analytical approach, and commitment to providing clients with clear and accurate information. Licensed Home Inspector
Enmanuel Camacho brings hands-on construction experience, real-world renovation knowledge, and a strong commitment to quality service to the JVC Home Inspections team. As a Licensed Home Inspector, Enmanuel combines practical field expertise with a detail-oriented approach to help clients better understand the condition of their properties and make informed decisions with confidence. Growing up around the real estate and construction industry, Enmanuel developed an early passion for homes and property improvement while watching his father invest in and rehabilitate residential properties. As he gained experience over the years, he became actively involved on job sites, learning firsthand the importance of craftsmanship, structural quality, and attention to detail. Eventually, Enmanuel began independently completing residential renovation work, including bathroom and kitchen remodels, where he was responsible for maintaining quality standards, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring projects were completed on schedule. His background in hands-on renovation work gave him valuable insight into residential construction methods, building materials, and common property issues. In addition to remodeling experience, Enmanuel also worked alongside his brother installing doors and windows, further expanding his understanding of residential systems, structural components, and installation practices. Enmanuel’s transition into the home inspection industry began after meeting a Master Home Inspector while working on a project with his father. Inspired by the profession and the opportunity to help homeowners and buyers better understand their investments, he pursued his training, completed the required coursework, and successfully earned his Florida Home Inspector License. Today, Enmanuel applies his construction and renovation background to provide clients with detailed, honest, and professional inspections. Licensed Home Inspector
Christian Bosch Jr. has been part of the JVC Inspections team for more than eight years, beginning his journey in the inspection industry while still attending high school. Working directly alongside Certified Master Inspector Christian Bosch, he was trained hands-on in the field and developed extensive real-world experience inspecting residential and commercial properties throughout Central Florida.
After years of field training and practical experience, Christian Jr. officially earned his Florida Home Inspector License in 2021. Since then, he has participated in more than 3,000 inspections as part of the JVC Inspections team, gaining valuable expertise in property systems, construction components, moisture intrusion detection, insurance inspections, and detailed home evaluations.
Known for his strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail, Christian Jr. represents the next generation of JVC Inspections while continuing the company’s commitment to integrity, client protection, and precision-driven inspections.
